The final days of HolmenHackathon and the “Ash to Assets” challenge. During these days, the selected teams will continue to work on their ideas in collaboration with chosen mentors and experts. Subsequently, the ultimate winner will be determined by a jury.

About the project:
The BioBoosters project connects 9 regions with strong ecosystems for innovation in the bioeconomy, with the goal of facilitating and contributing to new business opportunities for companies in the Baltic Sea region. The method for achieving this is through the implementation of Hackathons.

Within the project framework, 18 Hackathons will be conducted. Each individual Hackathon will be led by a leading bioeconomy company that provides a challenge focused on finding opportunities for untapped by-products or system optimizations to utilize energy, raw materials, or residual flows in a more value-added manner. The challenges will be sourced from Sweden, Finland, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
